Our hourly rates for furniture assembly or artwork hanging projects:

 

Start at $89* for the first hour of each trip and $59 an hour after that (that’s for 1 employee)

 

These are the typical cash or check hourly rates for labor we charge our customers for home & office helper services (not including materials or dump disposal fees). Most furniture assembly & staging projects are too cumbersome for 1 employee to handle, so we would send 2 of our employees to your office or home for the above rates.

We charge for all time allotted to a customer’s assembly or staging services project, including purchasing and delivering materials, or offsite work like painting lumber prior to an installation, or for the time to dispose of debris. This allows us to take on smaller projects for our customers, rather than only lump sum projects with much higher minimums to show up.

Thanks to our processing partner Paypal, we do accept most major credit and debit cards now! Rates are slightly higher, please call our office for all of the details.

*First hour of work charge is from $149 to $199 depending on the work site zip code. Some exclusions do apply, like commercial companies, or for same-day, after hours or weekend service. Cities outside of our coverage map will be charged additional travel costs. We would be happy to answer any of your pricing questions, please call for details!

Great Question! Edward’s Enterprises Hourly Repairs is usually available:

 

Office: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm by phone in our office to schedule projects and ask questions about repair jobs.

 

Field: As far as scheduling work, for our typical rates listed above (I know we didn’t skip that section) we normally schedule work Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm (holidays, meetings, kids with flus may affect availability).

Most projects get a 2 hour window of arrival, so expect something like 7am to 9am, or 10am to 12pm, or even 1pm to 3pm window.

If you need us to come outside of those times, expect to pay a bit more, or experience different restrictions like job minimums, etc.

We are available for emergency hourly repair work based on a first come first serve system and whether or not we have a crew available. Expect to pay more for these types of calls (we have employees and overtime is what it is).

* Proper organization is a great simple way to improve many aspects of life. You can save time looking for items, avoid losing things, & not have clutter to work around.

* Areas that are disorganized & heavily cluttered are a breeding ground for pests such as insects & rodents. These critters would love to nest in a pile of junk if they’re confident it will stay that way.

Great Organizing Tips Every Homeowner & Office Worker Should Know
(1) Clean out your drawers & get rid of the knick knacks & junk that are unneeded.
(2) Clear off counters & surfaces to rid the area of clutter.
(3) Keep only the essential items on your counters & surface areas.
(4) Organize your bills in an accordion file with 12 pockets & designate one pocket for every month.
(5) When in doubt, label! Label folders, boxes, containers & whatever else you may need to label.
(6) Have a main calendar that is easily accessible to all in the home.
(7) Use bed risers to increase the space under your bed for storage.
